Hidden moisture and mold are the kind of problems that don't stay contained. They start in one spot and spread - into your walls, your framing, your roof decking. By the time most homeowners realize something is wrong, the damage has already moved into multiple areas of the house. That's exactly what we were dealing with here.

After remediation was completed, this homeowner needed real solutions - not band-aids. We handled a full roof replacement, exterior wall work on the back of the house, and a complete bathroom remodel. Three separate scopes of work, all connected to the same root cause. When you're dealing with moisture damage at this level, that kind of coordination matters. Having one crew handle all of it keeps things from falling through the cracks.

The bathroom remodel was a big part of getting this home back to a healthy, functional state. We installed a new marble-look quartz vanity top with an undermount sink and updated the faucet hardware. The vanity itself, the tile, the overall layout - everything got brought up to a solid standard. It's a clean, functional bathroom now that doesn't carry any of the stress the homeowner was living with before.

On the roof, the work had to be done right. Ridge venting, proper flashing, clean shingle lines - these aren't details you skip when moisture was already the problem. A roof that doesn't breathe and seal correctly is just setting up the next round of issues. We weren't going to let that happen.

When a home has been through remediation, putting it back together the right way takes more than a single trade. It takes someone willing to look at the whole picture and do the work properly from top to bottom. That's what we showed up to do on this one.
