Small spaces are tricky. You've got limited square footage, limited options, and a whole lot of pressure to make it functional without making it feel cramped. That's exactly the kind of challenge we enjoy solving.

This one was a combo half bath and laundry room - two needs, one tight space. A lot of people assume that means you have to pick one or the other. You don't. With the right planning and the right trades working together, you can have both, and have them done cleanly.

We handled the flooring, trim, plumbing, and electrical from top to bottom. The new LVP flooring gives the room a light, open feel. The vanity, matte black fixtures, and matching hardware are all cohesive - nothing looks like an afterthought. Even the industrial pipe shelf above ties into the design instead of sticking out. That's the difference between a room that just works and one that actually looks good doing it.

When a project involves this many trades in one small area, coordination matters a lot. Plumbing and electrical have to work around each other. Finishes have to line up. We manage all of that in-house so nothing falls through the cracks.

If you've got a space like this - one that feels too awkward or too small to do much with - it's worth a conversation. Chances are there's more potential there than you think.
